  • Susan loves defining structure and meaning to solve amorphous, complex problems. She designs services and helps organizations develop internal innovation capabilities, working across a variety of industries, with a focus in health care. Her work is characterized by inventive approaches, assiduous attention to detail, and first-rate communication skills.
     
    Prior to joining Cooler Solutions, Susan worked as a Senior Consultant at IBM Global Business Services.  While there, she developed deep expertise in organizational change, project management, and enterprise architecture. Susan holds four university degrees, including a degree in Software Design from Queen’s University and a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University, where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar.
